The third project is a very long-standing problem - recycling of GARBAGE. It is not here at all. Garbage mountains continue along the streets, and then everything ends up in the rivers. The situation is very serious. We need a serious project on how to collect garbage, burn it, and then extract electricity. Such facilities exist in Korea, but we do not have the funding for it.
